Connect your DispatchMind account to Claude
The DispatchMind connector lets Claude work in your company’s DispatchMind account while you chat: look up jobs, customers, appointments, techs, tags and open balances, and make the changes an office person makes. Ask in plain English, like “what’s on for tomorrow?”, “what does Grace Hughes owe?”, “book Dana Whitfield for Thursday 9 to 12 with Joseph” or “tag job 66333 Get Authorization”.
What it can do
- Find jobs by customer name, phone number, address, ZIP, email, job number, claim number, tech or tag.
- List open jobs by status, tag, tech, appointment dates, unscheduled, or with money owed.
- Get one job: the customer, address and phone, status, tags, appointment, tech, notes and recent activity.
- Schedule for a day, grouped by tech.
- Open balances, oldest first, with the total owed.
- Techs and tags in use, with counts.
What it can change (office logins only): add a note to a job, set the status (Submitted, In progress, Pending, Done pending approval), add or remove tags, assign the tech, book or move an appointment, and add a job or a lead. Each change is written the same way as on screen, logged with your name, and runs the same automations. Claude never cancels a job, closes one out, sends anything, charges anyone or deletes anything. View-only logins get the lookups only.
Who can connect
Anyone with an office login (owner, admin, office or view only). Claude sees exactly what that login sees in DispatchMind, and can change only what that login can change. Nothing from any other company. Technician logins can’t connect.
How to connect
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add DispatchMind (or add a custom connector with the address https://app.dispatchmind.ai/mcp).
- Claude opens a DispatchMind page. Sign in if you aren’t already, check it’s the right login, and tap Allow.
- Ask Claude about your jobs, or ask it to book, tag, assign or note one. It confirms with you before changing anything you didn’t ask for.
Turning it off
Remove the connector in Claude any time. When an owner or admin removes someone’s DispatchMind login, that person’s Claude connection stops working on the next question.
Privacy
DispatchMind doesn’t store your conversations with Claude. When Claude asks DispatchMind a question, DispatchMind answers it from your company’s data and keeps nothing extra. What Claude does with the answers is covered by your Claude account’s own terms. See our Privacy Policy.
